1. Run the Windows Apps Troubleshooter. If it finds any problems, let it fix the issues automatically. It will check if the Microsoft Account sign-in is required in some cases, will check if the display resolutions is too low and a few other things.

How long did it take for the 1803 update to install on your computer?
I have been running the update from the settings menu and it's been installing on my laptop for the past 20 mins and now at 91%. Does it take you all a similar length of time?
My fans having been SCREAMING this whole time which only happens whenever windows update runs and not for any of my day to day activities.
